The White Sox tossed their second no hitter of the season on Sunday en route to a  7-1 win over the Marlins. Winning pitcher, Brandon Whitmore, allowed an unearned run in the first after a walk and an error set up an RBI groundout by Shawn Eubanks.

Ian Allen and Mike Lawson followed, each throwing two innings to close out a Marlins team that had won three straight coming in. Gary Kott homered to get the offense rolling for the White Sox while Anthony Caracci drove in two.

Up next for the White Sox (6-0) is a Friday night showdown with the Steamers(1-5), while the Marlins (3-3) will look to bounce back against the Pirates (0-6).
